This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains in general terms how ZACCARO - FAMILY LEATHER WORKSHOP (referred to in this document as “ZACCARO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) protects the privacy of your personal information. We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and maintain strong physical, electronic and procedural security measures to protect the personal information under our control.

What is personal information?
Personal information is information or opinion in any form (true or not) about a person whose identity is obvious or can be reasonably inferred from the information or opinion.

We may also collect information when we invite you to participate in surveys or provide feedback to us.

What personal information do we collect?
Generally, the type of personal information we collect about you is information necessary to provide services and products to you. We are required by law to obtain your consent to collect sensitive information. We will assume that you have consented to the collection of all information that is provided to us for use in accordance with this Policy, unless you tell us otherwise.

When we act as a retailer
When we sell products and services to you, we typically do so as a retailer to a wholesaler or supplier of those products and services. This means that we generally collect personal information about you for our internal purposes and sometimes on behalf of parties for whom we act as a retailer for their internal purposes. Accordingly, the consent you provide hereunder to our collection of personal information applies equally to the parties whose products and services we sell. For example, if you purchase IDAM belt buckles from us, then under this policy you consent to your personal information being used by us and provided to our buckle supplier so that your buckles are covered by potential warranty agreements.

We act as a retailer for many companies, so we cannot specify in this statement exactly how each of these companies will use your personal information, but we will be happy to provide you with more specific information if you email your request to info @zaccaro.com.au.
